The small fountain on the tree from hitting bullet on the video indicates that this video episode demonstrates the leaving bullet from the opposite side of the tree.

The spatial pattern of bullet holes and traces alongside Institutska street also proves the fact that Berkut police targeted and shot advancing Maidan protesters, not fired warning shots, since the spatial pattern of bullet holes and traces coincides with positions of Maidan protesters on many photos and videos. According to the narrative on 34 , 37, 38 - 45 , 52 pages of Katchanovski’s research, many shots were fired from the roof of the Bank Arkada. However, Ivan Katchanovski did not explain how his “Maidan snipers” broke through the armed security of the Bank Arkada. Ivan Katchanovski pretends as though he is unaware about the existence of an armed security of the Bank Arkada, and the fact that every bank employs an armed security to guard bank money and valuables against potential armed bank robbers. Had Katchanovski's mysterious "Maidan snipers" attempted to enter the Bank Arkada building, they would have encountered armed resistance of the Bank Arkada security. However, there are no available evidences of any attempts to fight or compromise the Bank Arkada security by Maidan protesters. Under the Ukrainian legal system, only the government police and security has legal right to enter any privately guarded premises and locations, including banks, and the guardians ( private security ) of such premises and locations must yield to lawful demand of the government police and security. Therefore, only government snipers had real chance to enter the guarded Bank Arkada and shoot at Maidan protesters. Розповіді людей про наче попадання куль в бік чи в спину прихильників Євромайдану - не можуть бути надійними доказами, оскільки такі попадання
могли відбутися в момент, коли люди були повернуті до снайперів Беркуту на вулиці Інституській боком або спиною. Епізоди з численних відео не дають підстав однозначно стверджувати, що майданівцям стріляли в спину, чи в бік. Без відповідних експертиз неможливо стверджувати, що в майданівців стріляли з боку чи майданівцям стріляли в спину. Постріл в дерево на відео насправді був зроблений зі сторони снайперів "Беркуту", а не з готелю, і на відео зображено не попадання кулі в дерево, а виліт кулі з дерева, яка попала в дерево зі сторони стрільби снайперів міліції та СБУ. Ivan Katchanovski не бере до уваги, що записані радіопереговори працівників "Беркуту" та СБУ не можуть бути підтвердженням того, що команда розстрілювати прихильників Євромайдану НЕ могла бути виданою в останній момент перед їх розстрілом та НЕ всі переговори силовиків могли бути перехоплені та повністю записані. Дуже ймовірно, НЕ всі радіопереговори були перехоплені та записані та (або) команда розстрілювати євромайданівців поступила майже перед самим початком розстрілів на вулиці Інститутській. Фактично цей синій будинок за адресою Інститутська 7 знаходився під контролем працівників "Беркуту".
На відміну від автора цього "викриття", Іван Кочановський стверджує, що з напряму синього будинку за адресою адресою Інститутська 7, тобто з напряму беркутівців, ніхто не стріляв у прихильників Майдану. Але це твердження Івана Кочановському ( як і твердження цього автора ) базується лише на потрібному йому ігноруванні числених попадань в прихильників Майдану з переду, з фронту, коли майданівці наступали по вулиці Інститутській до позицій працівників "Беркуту". На численних відео можна побачити, як в прихильників Майдану стріляють з фронту, тобто з напряму працівників Беркуту, і вони падають та котяться назад, що свідчить про стрільбу з фронту, з напряму працівників Беркуту. Якщо хтось не може побачити та зрозуміти, що в наступаючих прихильників Майдану стріляють з переду - з позицій "Беркуту", то йому треба ще раз повторити розділ механіки шкільної фізики, який називаєтсься "Імпульс. Закон збереження імпульсу"
Автор "викриття", яке з'явилося на ютюбі майже приблизно через два тижні після розстрілу прихильників Майдану, старається ввести в оману глядача, що синій будинок за адресою Інститутська 7 знаходився під контролем прихильників Майдану . Але він же сам на 2:30 хвилині цього відео https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLxSlq_hJu8 показує, що синій будинок за адресою Інститутська 7 знаходиться в тилу "Беркуту". Тому його твердження, що в цьому будинку були "снайпери з Майдану", які стріляли в прихильників Майдану, - розраховано на ідіотів, що собою представляють прихильники
януковича і путіна. Тільки ідіоти могли побачити на 2:30 хвилині цього самого відео, що цей синій будинок за адресою Інститутська 7 знаходився в тилу "Беркуту", та пізніше на 7:10 та 8:46 хвилинах повірити, що з цього синього будинку стріляли "снайпери з Майдану". "Беркутовці" стріляли в прихильників Майдану або з цього будинку, який знаходився під їхнім контролем, або загородження, яке, як показано на відео, знаходилося попереду від цього будинку на вулиці Інститутській. Іван Кочановский, який, йомовірно, сплагіатив в цього автора інші ідеї ( попадання в дерево, в спину та бік, відсутність команди рострілювати в радіопереговорах ), брехливо заявляє, що зі сторони "Беркуту" взагалі не було пострілів в прихильників Майдану.
Відповідно до звіту Ради Європи щодо розслідування подій на Майдані, висновки якого підтверджується балістичними експертизами, майже всі постріли в прихильників Майдану, які наступали по вулиці Інститутській в напрямку "Беркуту", були зроблені з напрямку позицій "Беркуту":

A report of the International Advisory Panel, set up by the Council of Europe, presents new evidence corroborating my study conclusions that the investigation of the "snipers' massacre" on the Maidan is deliberately and systematically falsified and stonewalled at the highest level in Ukraine, in particular by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General office, as a part of the cover-up. This panel was tasked with assessing the government investigation, and it did not conduct its own investigation. Therefore, this report contains summary of the main findings and evidence by the Ukrainian investigation. The report reveals that contrary to the public statements, the official investigation has no evidence implicating government snipers but has evidence of "shooters" killing protesters from the Maidan-controlled Hotel Ukraina, Music Conservatory, and other buildings and that the version of Maidan shooters is not pursued. This is an important official admission which corroborates my findings of Maidan shooters killing the protesters from these locations. Such my findings were previously dismissed or ignored, and I came under various personal attacks for making such conclusion.
The government investigation determined that Berkut special company members killed the absolute majority from 49 protesters because the majority of victims were killed by 7.62x39 caliber bullets, their trajectories indicate that more than 30 protesters were killed from the Berkut barricade, and because videos show the Berkut members shooting from similar caliber Kalashnikov rifles from this barricade. This conclusion means that the investigation deliberately ignores videos and eyewitness testimonies about Maidan shooters having and firing at both the protesters and the police from the Kalashnikov assault rifles of the same caliber from the Hotel Ukraina, Zhovtnevyi Palace, and the conservatory building and a GPU’s own suppressed statement about protesters being killed from the Hotel Ukraina from a Simonov carbine of the same caliber. Furthermore, the report omits official admissions by the investigators that at least 17 protesters were killed with pellets, one by a 9mm bullet from a Makarov gun, and six by other ammunition, such as hunting bullets.My study cites videos and eyewitness testimonies about Maidan shooters possessing and firing at both the protesters and the police from hunting shotguns and rifles from the hotel, conservatory and other Maidan-controlled buildings. My analysis of killings of specific protesters, specifically videos synchronized with a precision to a second, bullet trajectories, and directions of entry wounds, shows that the absolute majority of the protesters in front of the Berkut barricade were killed from the same Maidan controlled buildings, while the Berkut members shot at these buildings. But wounding or killing of some of the protesters by the Berkut cannot be completely ruled out because of the lack of specific information in a small number of cases. But such continuing suppression of the crucial information by the government of Ukraine is consistent with its deliberate cover-up of this mass killing in which far right and oligarchic parties and top government officials were involved.

Копайте глибше. Качановський під час президенства Януковича отримав від нього два Гранти на чималу суму, з завданням дискредитації України на Заході. Перечитайте його роботи не тільки стосовно Євромайдану, де він і не був.
